FROM GUINEA PIG TO GUIDE

I've slogged through courses, trainings, and certifications—some were jackpots, others just hot air. But I've gleaned valuable insights from each experience, shaping my path. What you see here isn't a dry list but a reflection of my journey: energy healing, tarot, shamanism, hypnosis—I've embraced all these and more with heart and intellect to share them authentically. Beyond courses, I've delved deeper through books—because I don't do things half-heartedly. Everything I've learned had to pass my own practical test. I was my own guinea pig, experimenting, refining, discarding what didn't work. In the end, only what's truly effective remains—no hocus-pocus, just real results.

I'm also a member of the International Association of Therapists (IAOTH) and the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM), two recognized organizations dedicated to upholding quality and professional standards in the work of holistic practitioners and therapists.

Natural & Intuitive Energy Healing Practitioner (Accredited)

In this comprehensive program, I learned various energy healing techniques and intuitive practices to support holistic healing processes. The course covered the study of chakras, the use of healing crystals and plants, as well as the application of colours to harmonise energy fields.

Professional Angelic Healing Practitioner (Accredited)

This course provided me with in-depth knowledge of the angelic realm, including the history and hierarchy of angels, as well as methods to connect with guardian angels and recognise angelic signs. I also learned how to invoke angels intentionally to receive healing, protection, and energetic cleansing.

Quantum Healing Practitioner

In this training I learned the principles of quantum energy and its application for healing purposes. The course included techniques for reprogramming negative patterns, activating self-healing powers and working with multidimensional energies to enable profound physical, emotional and spiritual healing.

Shamanic Initiation in the Teachings of Alberto Villoldo (Ongoing):

This ongoing training provides an in-depth introduction to the shamanic traditions of the Andes and the Amazon. I am learning to perform sacred rituals, release energetic blockages, and use shamanic journeys for personal healing and spiritual guidance. The focus is on connecting with nature, working with power animals, and harnessing the healing properties of plants.

Life Purpose Life Coach Certification (Accredited)

In this training, I learned to apply effective coaching techniques to help individuals discover and fulfil their life purpose. The course covered topics such as goal setting, overcoming mental blocks, motivation strategies, and developing a personalised life plan to enable lasting personal transformation.

Certification in Couples Therapy and Counselling, including Sex Therapy

This course provided me with in-depth knowledge of relationship dynamics, communication techniques, and conflict resolution strategies. The training also included methods to foster intimacy, an understanding of emotional needs, and practical approaches to healing relationship issues, including specific techniques in sex therapy.

Certification in Usui Reiki Level 1

This course offered a solid introduction to the Reiki system, including the basics of energy work and self-healing techniques. I learned to channel universal life energy and use it purposefully to restore physical, emotional, and mental balance.

Certified Hypnotherapist

In this training, I mastered the art of hypnosis as a therapeutic tool to support healing processes and personal growth. The course covered techniques for inducing trance states, working with the subconscious mind, resolving blockages, and applying hypnosis for stress management, trauma processing, and behavioural change.

Healing Family Karma

In this training, I learned techniques to identify and release generational patterns and energetic blockages. The focus was on transforming family energies and healing emotional wounds passed down through previous generations.

Spiritual Guides & Connection with the Spirit Realm

This course taught me how to perceive the presence of spiritual guides and establish a deeper connection with them. I learned to receive clear messages, gain support during challenging life phases, and integrate the wisdom of the spirit realm into my life and work.

Foundations of Mediumship

In this training, I learned to perceive subtle energetic realms and receive and convey messages from the deceased. The course emphasised protection from negative energies and the ethical responsibility involved in working with mediumistic abilities.

Techniques for Money Manifestation

This course taught me how to align my energy with the frequency of abundance and prosperity. It covered affirmations, visualisation techniques, and rituals to release financial blockages and develop a harmonious relationship with money.

Tarot Masterclass

This advanced course offered an in-depth exploration of Tarot cards and their versatile applications. Topics included working with complex spreads, the astrological associations of the cards, and using Tarot as a tool for shadow work. The focus was on gaining deeper insights and uncovering hidden aspects of the self.

Releasing External Energies

In this course, I learned to identify, transform, and ward off negative or external energies. The focus was on energy protection methods, cleansing techniques, and strengthening personal energetic resilience.

Spiritual Communication: Training to Connect with Various Energies

In this course, I learned techniques to communicate with a variety of energetic beings. The focus was on connecting with elemental beings, dragons, angels, and other spiritual energies. I developed the ability to perceive their messages, resonate with their frequencies, and integrate their support for healing, protection, and personal growth.

Channeling: Training to Connect with the Spiritual Realm

In this course, I mastered advanced channeling techniques to serve as a conduit for messages from the spiritual realm. The training covered energetic preparation, opening and protecting the channel, and connecting with various forms of consciousness, such as spirit guides, angels, ancestors, and other beings of light. The focus was on clear reception of messages, trusting one’s intuition, and the ethical responsibility in handling the information received.
