While I aim to give you insights and guidance, don’t base major health, legal, or financial decisions solely on what I offer.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS
All services must be paid for at the time of booking. This ensures mutual respect for each other’s time and energy.

I accept payments via PayPal, debit/credit cards, and, if needed, bank transfers (even though they’re a bit more of a hassle). Payments are processed in EUR, so keep in mind that your bank might charge a currency conversion fee.

Refunds? Not a thing, unless otherwise stated in the cancellation policy below.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Life happens, I get it. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This gives me time to adjust and offer the slot to someone else. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable. Fair’s fair, right?

Your privacy matters to me. Everything you share during our sessions stays strictly confidential. Sensitive information is stored securely in a non-digital format with no names, emails, or phone numbers attached.
